Chinese Spiritualism 1.6

Honestly, in my ignorance, I thought that China was a communist country.  I also thought that in communism you could not have a spiritual practice and I believed in fact that if you were Chinese in China, being communist, that you were at risk of being arrested if you had a spiritual practice.  I learned that I was beyond far from wrong.   In my research I discovered that China recognizes a diverse religious expression.  There are Five recognized religions; Buddhism, Taoism, Islam, Protestantism, and Catholicism.  I then sat and meditated on where I could have possibly gained my level of misunderstanding.  As I meditated and settled inside, my spirit showed me how I was born in 1959 during a time of a lot of conflict in China.  Religion according to Wikipedia was considered superstitious in 1949, followed by the cultural revolution in 1967-68.  Which means, in my early first 10 years of my life, I would have heard the back ground noise of the news through television, radio, and people talking to sink deeply somewhere in my subconscious mind about China.

I was surprised about how today in 2018, all religions are accepted in China and even more surprised at just how much actual written history they have related to their different spiritual beliefs were even 5,000 years ago.  I knew that acupuncture, and chi gong originated in China but I did not know that those medical studies of the human energy field were also documented and found in old tombs dating back 5-7,000 years ago.  We here, in the United States consider a building from the late 1600’s is old or a book written 1,000 years ago as old but my mind was literally blown knowing that they have one of the oldest recorded histories in the world as we know it.  So you can imagine, the more I researched to prepare for finding the blue light, only left me with 100 more questions to the one question I started with.

Since we are on the subject of spiritual practice, I discovered ancient indigenous practices that were older than even Taoism that were more in alignment with animism and shamanism.  I will write more in a later blog about my experience with the land on which this culture was practiced.

Now I am going to go down a little bit of a side path here that I had not expected to go down when I started this search of spiritual practices.  I had this intuitive feeling that this blue light had something to do with Taoism, this is why I continued to refocus my attention there, no matter how many different paths I took.  Taoist writings repeatedly mentioned the 5 or 8 depending on the writing, heavenly celestial beings that brought Taoism to China.  It is not uncommon to have the different religions refer to their Gods as celestial or the information coming down from the heavens so this was not new to me.  However as I explored more, there seemed to be some references to these Master Celestial Beings coming from another planet, galaxy or constellation.  Now if you know me at all, my psychic reading and healing practice focuses mainly on the here and now.  Yes, I will gather information on past lives and yes sometimes those past lives involve coming from another planet but for the most part I leave the extraterrestrial conversations up to others to sort out.  My mind can digest the information a little easier if I use the words Star Beings or Celestial Beings so that is the category I placed my search in.  Unfortunately I was not able to find information in China that had any depth until I typed into the search engine; UFO, and extraterrestrial beings.  Yikes!  A ton of information flooded my computer screen, so I took a deep breath and swallowed hard and marched forward.

In this YouTube Video about a long lost civilization it describes a culture that may be the oldest and largest in the world.  Those of UFO leanings describe this particular place as being established by extraterrestrials, however, this clip is done very neutrally and sticks to more of the facts as they know them and do not embellish too much.  I highly recommend watching the full 25 minutes, it is well worth it.  I fell in love with China before I went there just based on my research.  I fell more in love with it while I was there.

Yes, there is painful history, just as there is in every country in the world.  One of the most painful stories was the Opium wars, again, another story that literally opened my mind to understanding the pain held between the east and the west.  When watching this video you will see how old this one place is, with its deep history in ritual, and culture.
