Should you kick 3D Consciousness to the Curb? This is a great question you want to be asking yourself and your body at this time. We often hear in spiritual development circles, that our entire physical world and our human body is an illusion. Other spiritual schools of thought include the personality, a broken heart and painful experiences are also an illusion. This Illusion theory says your spirit has a consciousness, but your physical body does not. Both statements are true when your spirit/soul is out of your body floating above your head. Your spirit has that higher source wisdom, but your body is moving through life without a rudder. You might have heard me before ask the question, “Who is driving your car?”.

Our 3rd Dimensional Body is also expanding in Consciousness


Your physical human body has the capacity to function in very rudimentary ways. Meaning, you can dance by shifting one leg to the other back and forth to the beat, but you need your full spirit in your body to learn more complex dance steps. You literally can drive a car without your spirit in your body, but only if your body is driving a route that you are familiar with, like from home to work and back again. However, if you are lost while driving the car, you would need your spirit in your 3D body to help you to navigate finding an alternative way to your destination to get back on track. When interacting in a non-present way in a relationship your spirit is floating above your body, your body will be reactive, without the wisdom of your spirit to infuse responsive thoughts towards peaceful resolutions.


Everything in your life in this physical realm is part of the 3D world to include your physical body even though at times you feel broken, or your health is compromised.
Your furniture exists in the 3rd dimensional realm, and it can break. Your car is a vital part of your life that exist in the 3D world, and it can break as well. A tree exist in a 3D world yet can become diseased or blown down in a storm. In contrast, your spirit is what provides the resilience to get back up and carry on. Energetic blocks such as stuck memories can create a barrier between you and your spirit being able to infuse your human tissue, chakras, aura, and meridians, brain and vital organs in the body. Energy blocks are made up of old memories that you have not let go of yet, old past lives, outdated belief systems and social or family patterns. These layered stuck energies create dense energy that resist the light of your spirit coming through. This can result in areas of your body unable to experience the natural healing light and can result in disease. When you meditate, fresh enlightened energy of your spirit flows through dissolving energy blocks. Often you can experience frustration of the awakening process and wish to just be in the 5D realm and kick 3D consciousness to the curb. Kicking your 3D consciousness to the curb can appear as judgement, criticism, self-loathing, resistance and invalidating your own body. You can view the spirit world as the ultimate authority and ignore your own body in the 3D realm as not having much value. In fact, it is not uncommon for most of humanity to believe that our spirit is sent here to be a human as a punishment. When others believe that you are only gifted a human body when you have enough consciousness to be rewarded with one. It’s truly all perspective, right? Therefore, when your physical body tries to get your attention through your gut instincts, dreams, hesitancy, fear, nervousness or anxiety, you often discount those feelings. Numbing out are ways we attempt to suppress our 3D realm from getting out attention. Drinking, drugs, food, social media, binge watching Netflix, over exercising, or gambling just to name a few. When your spirit is working together as a team with your body, it can help your body to communicate to you exactly what is going on and what decisions and choices you need to make to be more supportive in the 3D realm. Your spirit already knows how to dream, imagine, and be playful when creating ideas in the spirit world. When I see enormous creativity in your spiritual chakra it appears like a large golden LED bright light type sun, floating up in your 7th chakra. This tells me that your dream is held in the dream world of spirit until you can bring that dream down into the 3rd dimensional to have substance as physical reality. Let me say it again, you cannot leave your 3D consciousness behind. In fact, the spirit guidance is telling me that this next level of growth will happen more smoothly for everyone if you include your body in your spiritual process of ascension. You want your body to go through an enormous growth in consciousness while you manage the body symptomology to support that growth with ease. Yes, you will have ascension symptoms as the body is letting go of old energy. Having ascension symptoms is your bodies way of telling you that it is growing.

Your 3D body has wisdom too!


Observing your body grow in consciousness is like watching a child or grandchild grow. The aches the pains, the terrible twos, heart break, and sensitivities of those you love cannot just be kicked to the curb. We must learn to cope with our own changes in similar ways with love, patience, and kindness as much as we can. I have heard my fair share of individuals wishing to be enlightened by Friday. Many of you on a spiritual path may like, repeated past life regressions, being wrapped in a blanket tightly in the dark as you were coached through rebirthing yourself. Attend sweat lodges over and over again, vision quests, ecstatic dance for days on end, fasting, and hours of meditation. Ayahuasca, San Pedro, mushrooms psilocybin, and marijuana plant medicines can expand states of consciousness to new levels and is currently very popular amongst spirit seekers. At the end of the day, you have experientially expanded during those intense spiritual activities. Then you return home and find yourself right back into the thick of life. Your body response can be like a rubber band snapping back with body resistance as your body feels pushed beyond its limits at those events. Your body like any child, does not like to be pushed. Eventually your body can grow resentful and full stop… refuse to grow any more.


Your body must be respected as a spiritual part of your journey.
Your body is a physically shaped from your own spirit. It is not a body to be hated, resented, punished, or abused. When you skip meals, do not drink enough water or eat processed foods that just do not provide enough nourishment is your choices. How often do you complain about your body as a punishment, beaten up by you because it is tired all the time. This creates a resistant relationship with your body. When you continue to choose relationships that are disrespectful, abusive, or distant, your body stops trusting that you can make better choices than putting them in harm’s way. Then you become angry when your body disassociates, emotionally distant, or isolating. I remember being very unconscious about my body having any intelligence. Over time, with practice you will find just how responsive your body is to even just a little tiny bit of attention from you.

This next part of our journey into higher states of consciousness literally can not be done without our body along side of us as a supportive teammate. Your body is tired of feeling afraid and uncared for. Your bodies molecular structure is changing rapidly as each cell expands in higher states of awakening. Your body will no longer tolerate sugar, processed foods. Your body can not longer tolerate disrespectful relationships. Your body is sending you all sorts of signals that illuminate the changes it is going through. I used to be able to eat ice-cream several times a week and now I can not eat it at all. Your body will also let you know what you are capable of. Your mind might say, I can only walk for 15 minutes, but given the chance your body will encourage you to walk further.

 10 Ideas on how to communicate with your body.

  •  Every morning, say good morning to your body. 
  • Ask your body how well does it feel it slept?  Ask your body if it can remember any dreams?
  • Sit quietly with yourself to make a list and review what your day will look like.  Take an additional moment to literally tell your body what the days plan is. 
  • Plan your meals and hydration to make sure your body is supported nutritionally. 
  • Plan a fun break for your body such as sitting in the sun, going for a walk, stretching, or reading a good book. 
  • Let your body know when you may have some long workdays coming up so your body can also prepare. 
  • Let your body know that you and your partner are having an argument but no it does not mean you two are breaking up. 
  • Learn to recognize when your body is exhausted or overstimulated and take steps to cut things out of your schedule to support your body. 
  • Your body loves routine to feel safe.  Create some routines such as bed or wake times.  Schedule your meals when you can in a routine way.  Each morning I wake up, make coffee, light a candle and a stick of incense.  This is a predictable routine for my body.
  • Tender loving care days.  Simply rubbing lotion on your body can cause your body to purr like a cat.  Clipping your nails, or any self-grooming tells your body that you care.   

These are simple suggestions that will show your body attention and in return your body gives back to you.  So, no we are not kicking our 3D world to the curb, we still have so much to learn from it.
