Personal sessions. Clairvoyant Readings, Healing Touch, Quantum Healing and Psychic healing sessions will be refunded if you are not satisfied with your session as long as you notify us within 24 hours after your session.
The refund will be provided via business check and will be mailed to you within 14-21 days after you have notified us of your desire to have a refund. If you paid via credit card or PayPal, your account will be refunded in that way minus processing fees.
Intuitive Mind Program Courses. If you are not completely satisfied with our courses you may ask for a full refund minus the $100.00 usd deposit for handling and administrative fees, if it is a local class. If it is a course that required us to purchase airfare the refund is minus $200.00 USD total. If the course is an international course requiring international travel expenses and airfare then there is a refund minus $300.00USD total.
Cancelation Policy: If you must cancel your registration for one of our courses, you can expect a full transfer to another class or a full refund as long as it is 31 days or more notice before the first day of class. If it is 30 days or less notice before the class you will receive a transfer of tuition or refund less $100.00 for admin fees for a local class.
Deposit Policy. Deposits for all courses are $100.00 to reserve your seat in the class and are non-refundable if you must cancel 30 days or less before the class.
Clairvoyant Group Readings. Tickets for all events purchased are non-refundable. If you are unable to make the event, it is your ticket, to gift or sell to someone else. In the event we have to cancel or postpone the event you will be given a choice to save your ticket for the next date (which we will honor) or receive a full refund.
