In 12 years of selling products we have not ever had a product returned. Each person has enjoyed their products and we expect to continue with that history. However there have been times where the product had a malfunction in it from the manufacturer and we are happy to replace the product. If for any reason you must return your products please read below.
Damaged Shipments. CD’s and books that are damaged in the shipping process must be claimed with the shipping company. If you notice the damage only after you have opened the package, save all packaging and receipts and call the freight carrier to inspect the damage and file a claim. We are not responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.
Manufacturer’s Defects. If a product appears to have a manufacturer’s defect, contact our customer service office @ 253-225-4420 before mailing back the product. We are then able to document the defect so that we can report it to the manufacturer. Once we receive the returned product we will send you a replacement.
Cancelled orders. All orders canceled before they have been shipped out will receive a full refund. However once the order has been shipped, you will receive a refund less the restocking and handling fee of 20% of the full priced order plus any shipping charges that may apply.
Return Policy CD’s and Books. All request for a return and refund MUST be made within 14 days of after receiving your shipment or purchasing in class. Please email or phone our office to let us know that you are returning the product. Once we have received the product we shall issue a full refund within 14-21 days after receiving the product back. No refund request will be accepted after the 14 days of purchase. Keep your shipping records as proof of shipping and what date it was sent back. If the value is over $100.00 please insure the package. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages or losses to defective products, errors in shipping your order, or other errors.
Electronic Materials such as MP3’s and teaching materials sent via email link. There is a no refund policy on electronic materials once they are sent out. If you experience difficulty in opening the MP3 or the Electronic Lesson Material we will resend it to you at no additional charge. Refund Policy on Services, Courses and other Events.
We are writing these policies not to explain why we must but to educate you on refund policies on service oriented products. We offer courses, events, and private sessions for Clairovyant readings and Healings. We are spiritual beings living in this human world which requires office rents, venues for classes, educational materials, travel expenses, office equipment as well as Website creations and maintenance. No matter how many different ways we add it; our overhead average for everything we do is at 65%.
For some reason when we purchase a car, television, or computer, as consumers those expenses are always a given in the final purchase of the product. However as a society we are all notorious for not including service oriented products in that same category. Then when offering a product such as healing, we feel that as a gift from the divine we should not charge anything. When we take into account the years of investment in our training in time and money, as healers we can still undervalue what that value should be.
We have had students not show up for a workshop and call later in the day to say…..just apply it to another workshop that I can attend later. We have experienced flying across the country to teach only to have 5 students for different reasons change their mind and say….I will just take the class next time you come to our state. We have reserved venues for workshops and once the owner sees all the students come in say, oh didn’t we tell you….in addition to the cost of the venue, we have a per person charge to cover utility expenses of $35.00 per day per student. Each experience, taught us something however we do not want to penalize the majority for what the few do. We are workable, flexible and human with a heart. We must write clear refund guidelines to cover our expenses and not incur losses.
Cancelation policy on Private sessions.
We require 48 hours notice to cancel your private session with no penalties. We know life happens and sometimes you double book or forget your appointment. You WILL still be charged the full price of the session and we will still do the session, as a long distance session, recorded and sent to you via email link.
If we forget your appointment and it was our mistake, we will reschedule your appointment at no charge to you.
Refunds on classes;
All deposits made are non refundable. Unless you provide 30 days or more notice that you must withdraw from the class or event. If you pay the full price in advance and must cancel after the 30 days. We will subtract the deposit and refund the remainder or apply it to another course at a future date. We will not apply the full price of the class to that future date.
Retreats; We Must pay for the venue 100% , sometimes a full 6 months in advance. We also are required to pay for caterers and have materials printed 3 months in advance. Therefore, if we can not get our money back, we must pass that cost on to you.
All deposits are non refundable. Unless you can provide 60 days notice of cancelation. If you must cancel within 59 days of the retreat we will refund the remaining tuition after deposit and other venue, material, and catering cost are deducted. If you cancel the retreat within 30 days of the retreat there can be no refund of monies since we will have to pay for your place whether you can be there or not.
Intuitive Mind Home Study Program;
All deposits are non-refundable. If you must cancel, the remainder of your tuition will be applied to providing educational materials up to the point of written notice of cancelation.
Intuitive Mind Psychic Mastery Program;
All deposits made are non-refundable, unless you provide 30 days or more notice. If you pay the full amount ahead of time, and cancel after the 30 days notice requirement you will be refunded the remainder amount, less deposit.
This is a year long program, and we must reserve and pay for the venue one year in advance. As well as have materials created, designed and published in advance. Once the first course has started, each refund will be calculated based on how many courses you have attended, materials and recordings provided, as well as an administrative fee of $200.00 to remove your name from all the materials and mail outs.
We do not expect any problems to arise that would require a refund but we also know life happens and will work with you on an individual basis.
Intuitive Mind International Travel
When we take groups to other countries, we must pay 100% for all venues, vans, tour guides and spiritual ceremonies 4 to 6 months in advance. We do not receive refunds if you cancel therefore we must pass that cost on to you.
All deposits are non-refundable, unless you give us 120 days notice or more. We must have full payment within 60 days of leaving for the trip, therefore if you must cancel and can only give 60 days notice we will refund your money after we deduct the deposit and deduct any bookings for venues, etc that we had to pay for in advance. We will also charge a $200.00 administrative fee to remove your name and make necessary phone calls to change the itinerary.
