A spirit attachment is simply a spirit that has attached itself to your energy field. We have worked with this type of issue for over 16 years and see a wide variety of reasons why this would happen. Many times it is a spirit that wanted to be helpful and then you out- grew the spirits’ helpfulness. Such as protecting you as a child and now you are an adult and can protect yourself.
A healthy relationship with guides, avatars, angelic beings and ascended masters is seen when they maintain their boundaries outside of your aura. Many times we will see them off in the distance and they only move in close to your aura when you ask for their assistance. An unhealthy relationship with a spirit being is when the spirit tells you it is here to help you and has its own agenda moving inside of your aura to help. The key here is the healthy spirits wait to be invited, and the unhealthy ones invite themselves.
Any energy that is not your energy can cause your energy field to be sluggish. Even if you have your spouse’s, parents, or children’s energy in your aura it can cause you to not feel at your optimal vibration.
