I was writing a response to my request and (I think) I may have sent it before I completed it! So here goes again!.
The morning after my request, I was drawn to go through a drawer with self-help, grief and prayer. I realized the power and energy within us to help us heal. It was very uplifting.
A week has passed and I feel better, but still need to discipline myself to take time to just SIT!.

Thank you so much Sarah, I think you are spot on! I know this will sound funny but, it is definitely a relief to hear your recommendation that we should focus on ourselves, because all of the focus is on her so much that I do feel like we are each beginning to lose ourselves in this situation.
